I contacted Imperial Lighting with the view of receiving a sample before placing my order for a lightshade I had noticed online and received the support from your colleague Kirsty Fensome and sample received. I was very impressed at Kirsty’s Customer Service as Kirsty checked that I had received the sample and asked how this was, as this didn’t suit me Kirsty sent me a further two samples and again checked these were received ok and sent further emails with advice on my options available for purchasing from your company.
I think it is extremely important to have such high customer service as it has left me with a great experience of your company with the view of returning for purchases in the future. Something every company strives for.
